Their professional staff worked with us personally to meet our budget needs as well as selected linen and decor to compliment the theme of the ballrooms.  Their personal touch to include a logo’d ice carving-a surprise for us- was over the top.  We have received numerous compliments about the food.  The presentation was wonderful and the assortment was fantastic.  The event was better than we could have imagined.
