  • My philosophy is that everyone should have wonderful food to eat. When I am in the kitchen, I feel truly alive. Transforming food from, ‘This is okay’ to ‘This is amazing’  is my mission everyday.   Every time our clients choose TIME to DINE, I feel like I’ve been given a gift!

Ondrea has been in the Marketing and Event Planning industry for over 14 years. She is responsible for planning many of our major events for clients. She brings her impeccable attention to detail to every TIME to DINE event . She is excellent at listening to each client and bringing great ideas to make their event a truly exciting and memorable experience. “My biggest reward is seeing the joy on my client’s face after bringing their vision to life.”

Event & Catering Coordinator

Erin started as a TIME to DINE intern, working in every department and soaking up all of the knowledge of our business. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of General Studies with a Concentration in Business Hospitality. First, as our Catering Specialist, and now as an exceptional Event & Catering Coordinator, Erin is an invaluable member of our team.
